Your weekly rhythm: set one intention, take your next lesson, offer a useful reply and share one reflection.

YOUR PROGRESS PATH

First Steps: you are welcome from day one.

Finding Your Feet, 25 points: try your first lesson and introduction. Bonus: The Five-Minute Reset.

Steady Contributor, 100 points: work through Foundations and share useful reflections. Bonus: The Four-Week Momentum Tracker.

Grounded Guide, 250 points: keep returning and help newcomers begin. Bonus: The Good Company Conversation Kit.

Points recognise activity: 10 per completed lesson, 25 for a completed course, 5 for a post (once daily), and 2 per comment (up to three daily). Other community actions can also earn points. Suggested milestones guide your practice; levels are awarded by points.

Find the bonus tools in Resources. They are available to free members, so you can use what helps without waiting. Your level and reward tag recognise your progress.

INVITE GOOD COMPANY

Use Invite People for your personal Member Blaze link. Milestones at 1, 3 and 5 referred friends celebrate your contribution and pair with the three bonus tools. Invite only people who would value being here.

No need to chase points or share private details. Your next step is Your values, then one small action.
