The Follow-Through Cohort

Your six-week target: complete a plan, one meaningful priority and a weekly review for four consecutive weeks. Leave with four completed weekly scorecards and a realistic plan for the next 30 days.

Begin here

Write one priority you have been putting off. Define what completed looks like, choose a first action and reserve two realistic work blocks in your calendar.

Your six-week path

Week 1: Choose. Connect your priority to your values and define a measurable finish line.

Week 2: Make room. Build a realistic weekly plan, remove one obstacle and choose a minimum action for busy days.

Weeks 3 to 6: Follow through. Repeat the same cycle: post your plan, complete your priority, record what happened and choose one adjustment.

Your weekly scorecard

My priority / What done looks like / Two work blocks / Minimum action / Completed or adjusted / What I learned / My next step.

Use the right resource

Start with Foundations: Your values. Use the Personal values exercise in week 1, the Weekly planning worksheet in week 2, then the Accountability check-in template and Reflection guide during weeks 3 to 6.

How we work together

Keep commitments small and specific. Share progress honestly. Ask before offering advice. Personal stories stay within this channel. This is peer support and practical education.

Next step: introduce yourself and post your first priority once your cohort access is approved. Dates, price and any facilitated session schedule will be confirmed before enrolment opens.
