Find what matters most
Use this exercise alongside Foundations lesson 1. Write in a notebook or your own document. Your answers can stay private.
List ten things that matter to you, such as family, honesty, health, craft or freedom.
Circle the five you would protect if time ran short.
Narrow your list to three. Write one sentence about what each looks like in an ordinary week.
Where does your current week match these values? Where does it not?
Choose one small action that expresses one of your values. Decide when you will do it.
Your next step
Return to Your values, mark the lesson complete when you are ready, then introduce yourself in Community Feed. Share only what feels useful.

Personal values exercise
Pairs with Foundations lesson 1. Choose the values that matter most, then turn one into a small action for this week.
